2 States - My Exposition

Firstly I would like to tell you I gulped down the entire book (269 pages) in about 1 and half days.So all those skeptical souls out there " DO NOT DOUBT " the content of the book, its an amazing story. Make sure you have lots of free time once you start off with this book.Being an avid and ardent fan of Mr Chetan Bhagat I would like to emphasize on the fact that the best of four award among his novels should go to 2 State indubitably.

The story revolves around a IIM-A couple Krish (Mr Chetan Bhagat), a north Indian Punjabi boy and Tamilian Brahmin girl Ananya (Mrs Anusha Bhagat). Right from the beginning of the story - standing in queue in canteen , studying together, going for midnight chai, glances they stole in class was wonderfully depicted. Gradually these "just friends" fell in love. Krish was afraid of admitting this as he felt he would be the 11th person whose proposal would be dumped by the most sought after girl in college.
Finally Krish proposes the love of his life but in a real daunting manner. Ananya encountered with his proposal in the middle of her final interview with HLL (her dream company) in a peacock blue saree. The real story begins after this when they decided to convince the Punjabi and Tamil clan instead of eloping. The faced all draconian challenges and emerged as winners.
Overall it was a splendid read.Sumptuously ornamented thoughts put together helped Mr Chetan Bhagat to create his Magnum Opus called 2 STATES. It is lucid from my exposition that the book is a must read.(gawd i hope i'm not sounding as staunch as Rajeev Masand):). I would end here thanking one of my favourite author to shower on us this masterpiece. It surely means i am waiting for ur next Mr Bhagat.
