WE ARE THE BIGGEST RACIST

After going through certain articles in the newspaper for the past few days I believe that we indians are the bigest racist in the world.To those incredulous souls i would like to exemplify such incidents which would plausibly give you the idea behind my ascerbic comment.Indians in Canada and Australia are the victims of much talked about RACISM. It is a henious crime and whosoever commits it should be severly punished.I felt a vehement desire to voice my opinion regarding this sensitive issue and so here goes my next post.

Recently in an interview a Bihari girl was asked "Do you believe that Bihar is the crime capital of India?". "Do you think Biharis travel form bihar to Mumbai to commit crime?" {from a TOI article}.Dont you think this is a mild racial attack?People from Darjeeling, Sikkim are considered to be moronish because of their appearance and vernacular accent and are generally potrayed as Gate keepers. Recently in IPL one of the scintilating and versatile performer was racially abused by his teammates.Bengalis while finding a "bou" for their son asks"Acha apnara Bangal na Ghoti?".Sardars often feel humiliated as they are the main ingredient of the most humorous jokes.

We create a lot of hullaboo when indians are racially abused worldwide but we fail to notice our own country is full of racist.As the old saying goes Charity begins at home.We need to eradicate racism from india and bowlderise the system.We should have immense respect for our countrymen.Then only we can stand united to fight against all odds be it RACISM or RECESSION or TERRORISM.I dream of a racist free india.Come lets surprise ourselves...!!!!
